The Jersey Stakes is a very competitive handicap for 3 year olds over 7 furlongs and a lot can depend on your draw and where the early speed is as there tends to be a 20 plus runner field taking each other on. The Royal Ascot Betting on the Jersey stakes is pretty difficult to work out for punters and is a real puzzle and many will watch closely the Royal Ascot early morning betting to establish who may be fancied. The first race on day 2 looks to be an exciting one with a number of horses being backed in the latest betting, favouritism is being fought out between Free Judgement and Shakespearean who both look in good shape for an assault on the race. Red Jazz is also one to watch for Barry Hills who had a winner on day 1 and looks to be ready for a big run.
