Kings Stand Stakes Form Guide 2010

We take a look at some of the leading fancies for this great race:

Nicconi

Nicconi is well fancied for the Kings Stand Stakes and the Australian raider looks to be heading into Ascot full of chances. Frankie Dettori will be on board for John Hayes who heads to the event full of confidence and bullish about their prospects. Australians have done particulalry well in this race with Scenic Blast winning in 2009 and many belive that Nicconi can continue that tradition in 2010.

Kingsgate Native

Sir Michael Stoute and Ryan Moore team up as always with Kingsgate Native and he looks to have an outstanding chance with this nice type, we last saw him in the Temple Stakes in May where he picked up the victory in good company. He was impressive that day in beating Equiano and Borderlescott and should improve again at Ascot making him a real live contender. Moore and Stoute are coming off of a Derby win together so the stable is clearly in form and will be looking to take that into the Royal Meeting.
